A confirmation email of your order will be sent once your payment is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, then your order has not been accepted through our system.

Custom dessert orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance of your delivery or pickup date.​ To receive a quote for a custom cake, fill out the inquiry form with all of the required information. You will receive a response within 1-2 business days.

 

Orders under $200 must be paid in full once you receive an invoice. Orders over $200 require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Deposits are due within 24 hours of receiving an invoice. If no payment is made within this period, your invoice will be cancelled, and the date will become available for the next client. Final payment is due 14 days before the delivery or pickup date. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, Zelle, Venmo and ApplePay.

 

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, contact us via email at hello@kimonescakeartstudio.com. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

Kimone’s Cake Art Studio’s products may contain or come in contact with dairy, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts or other allergens. While every precaution will be taken in the cases of known allergies, it remains the full responsibility of the Client to inform guests of possible allergens. Kimone’s Cake Art Studio is not responsible for any allergic reactions.

A full list of our Terms of Service Contract will be emailed to you once your 50% non-refundable deposit is paid and you agree to review and sign within 48 hours to confirm your order.

SHIPPING, SETUP & RENTALS​

 

Cake stand rentals are available for your order for a rental fee plus a refundable security deposit. The security deposit will not be refunded if the cake stand is not returned within 2 business days of the cake pickup or if damages are found.​

​

Shipping is only available for cake jars, DIY Cookie Designer Kits, Celebration Boxes and custom cookie orders. Local pickup is available for all other items. Delivery and setup fees start at $75 for local orders. We are not responsible for any damages to custom cookie orders or DIY Cookie Designer Kits once the item is shipped.

We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after setup is complete. You are responsible for providing a sturdy table and appropriate environment for the cake. You agree to hold Kimone's Cake Art Studio harmless for any damages that occur once the cake leaves our studio. You assume full responsibility for the event guests and agrees to indemnify and hold Kimone’s Cake Art Studio harmless from and against all bodily injury, property damage or consequential damages.

Kimone’s Cake Art Studio promises a product of high quality and service, but is not liable for unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, transportation problems, illness, accidents, labor disputes or strikes, Acts of God, and other causes beyond reasonable control. A delay in transit shall not constitute grounds for a discount or refund.
